Returns and exchanges
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation:
We use standard sizing to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to return or exchange your items for another size or style, you may return them and we would arrange for a home pickup.
Home pickup is chargeable of Rs.100/-.It will be deducted from the refund and then transferred to the original payment method or as store credit.
Exchanges can only be done based on the availability of the product and if the product is not available, a new product can be purchased or you can make a return. Exchanges are availed only once for a particular order.
Return request should be made within two days of delivery.
Returns will be accepted only if the product is in a saleable condition with the price, original tags ,original folds and packaging retained in an undamaged/unused condition.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged if tailoring services are availed.
Return or exchange will be successful after quality check by our team at Select by Shiva.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if purchased during offer/sale period.
Defective or faulty product
All of our garments undergo thorough quality check and despite this if the garment is faulty from our end, it can be returned or replaced at no additional cost.
Cancellation of order:
Customer will not be able to cancel order once its dispatched.
